Terms of service

These terms cover the XSF website, your account, and your use of the XSF framework. XSF is made by Beirut Sites. By creating an account or using XSF you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use XSF.

1. Your account

• You need an account to download XSF. Use a real email address you control.
• You must be 13 or older, and allowed to use Roblox Studio under Roblox's terms.
• Your license key is tied to your account. Keep it private. You are responsible for games that use it.

2. What you may do with XSF

• Use XSF in as many of your own Roblox games as you like, free of charge, including games that make money.
• Change the parts that are left editable, like GameConfig, weapon configs, models, sounds and your own scripts built on the XSF API.
• Show XSF in videos, screenshots and your game pages. Credit is welcome but not required.
• Everything you make with XSF, your maps, your guns, your game, is yours.

3. What you may not do

• Share, sell, reupload or give away XSF itself, in full or in part, including on the Roblox Creator Store, the Toolbox, or any other site.
• Share your license key, or use someone else's.
• Remove, bypass or tamper with the license check, or try to undo the protection on the protected scripts.
• Present XSF as your own framework, or build a competing framework out of its code.
• Use XSF in a way that breaks Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Attack, overload or try to break into the website or its servers.

4. Third party content

Some weapon models, sounds and animations in XSF come from community sources such as ACS. Where their authors set their own terms, those terms still apply to that content. Anything you add yourself is your responsibility.

5. Licenses can be revoked

If you break these terms we may revoke your license or close your account, and games using that license will stop loading XSF's weapons. We will usually warn you first unless the problem is serious, like reuploading XSF or sharing keys.

6. Changes

Features can change, break or be removed between versions, and older versions may stop being offered. We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use XSF after a change means you accept it.

7. No warranty

XSF and the website are provided "as is", without any warranty. We do our best to keep them working, but we do not promise they will be free of bugs, always available, or right for your game. Keep backups of your places.

8. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Beirut Sites is not liable for lost earnings, lost data, moderation action on your game, or any other indirect damage from using XSF. Since XSF is free, our total liability to you is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

9. Roblox

XSF is not made, endorsed or supported by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Roblox Studio are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, where Beirut Sites is based.
